Boys Clubs is a Tumblr that sheds light on "corners of the world where women have yet to tread."

If you thought boys clubs were a thing of the past, think again. All of Jay Leno's writers are men, everyone speaking at the annual public cultural festival New York Encounter is a man, and all members of the United States' House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution and Civil Justice are men, to name but a few.

Boys Clubs is eye-opening and, frankly, emboldening. It makes me want to roll up my sleeves and dig in!
