"What's the Gender Breakdown of the 2016 JBFA Longlist?"

Just a few minutes ago, the longlist was released for the 2016 James Beard Foundation Chef & Restaurant Awards. It has 21 categories, 16 of which are given to individuals: chefs (mostly), plus one for bakers, one for restaurateurs, and one for "wine, spirits, or beer professionals." Just for fun, I counted the gender breakdown in each category.
