Ragan's "Social Media Conference of the Year" Earns a Bronze with 57% Women Speakers

Congratulations are in order for the organizers of Ragan’s Social Media Conference, March 11–13, because they’ve earned a Bronze GA Stamp of Approval! The speaker list for their “social media conference of the year” is 41% men, 2% non-binary persons, and 57% women, 31% of whom are women of color.

We’re so pleased that a conference lead by the “leader in training for professionals in corporate communications, public relations, social media and management” did the work to create a gender-balanced lineup for one of its largest conferences. Social media has grown to be a powerful force in communications, and it’s good to see that women’s vital voices within the industry are being heard.
