Action Alert | Pew Research Center Needs Your Help
It’s not every day that the mighty research machine Pew Research Center asks for help. So we were flattered when their Director of Internet and Technology Research asked us to help grow their database of experts in the digital space used for research. Recommending experts is not something GenderAvenger typically does, but since Avenger Jerry Michalski got in touch with Pew to get this started and Pew asked so nicely, we’re making an exception just this once.
The Pew Research Center is looking for more women to include in their next round of research on the future of digital life. Want to participate or know someone who should be invited? Let us know, and we will pass it along to Pew.
The exact research topic will be announced in the spring and participants will be chosen during the summer. The good news is that participants can remain anonymous if using their name during the research process would be detrimental, but of course Pew is hoping they will choose to be public. Participants will be chosen this summer.
Calling all women in tech who have big ideas about the future of digital life! @PewResearch wants you to participate in its upcoming research effort. #GenderAvenger (cc: @jerrymichalski) https://www.genderavenger.com/blog/pew-research-center-needs-your-help
