Action Alert | LiveWorx Falls Short: Too Late for This Year's Conference

LiveWorx is a conference that claims to showcase “only the most influential technologies trailblazers, bestselling authors and futurists of our time for mind-blowing presentations.” They encourage attendees to “discover the global leaders who are rethinking how companies and people operate in the digital era,” but the keynote addresses are being given by 4 men and only 1 woman, and the track spotlights feature 11 men and only 1 woman. That’s not good enough for Brad, and it’s certainly not good enough for us.

Note: the producer of the event did ask us to help them meet their goal to increase women speakers by 20% in future years, but we’re thinking that’s something they could have, and should have, done already and that they need to figure it out on their own using their undoubtedly extensive contacts.
