According to InsideHigherEd, "For the first time in its history, Harvard University hired an equal number of women and men as junior faculty members." Harvard University's Faculty Snapshot 2014–2015 reports that out of the 62 new tenure-track faculty members they took on this year, 31 of them are women. A 50% gender ratio in higher education is something to shout about, Harvard!
