#HallofFame | Hall of Fame: 57% Women on Fast Company’s New 100 Most Creative People in Business List!
Welcome to the Super Hall of Fame, Fast Company! For the second year in a row, Fast Company’s "Most Creative People in Business" list achieves a Hall of Fame gender ratio.
Lists matter because more women on high profile lists can translate to more women onstage at conferences. In her piece "Valuing Voices and Catching Up," Victoria Chao points out that “If you've ever had to line up guests for media interviews and public events, you know that a record of prior appearances on lists… can go a long way in legitimizing consideration for a spot on stage.” By consistently publishing a gender-balanced high-profile list, Fast Company makes it the norm for the talents of women to be recognized and, ultimately, included in the public dialog as speakers, panelists, expert commentators, etc.
Give @FastCompany some well-deserved kudos and share their #HallofFame gender ratio!
