Hall of Shame | The New Yorker
The New Yorker published 47 covers over the course of 2014, and only THREE of those were drawn by women. That's only 6%. Cartoonist Saul Steinberg died in 1999, and yet his work was featured on the cover twice in 2014. 6% represents a truly abysmal ratio, The New Yorker, and it lands you squarely in our GenderAvenger Hall of Shame.
Let The New Yorker know we see them,
and their ratio needs to change:

The @NewYorker is in the Hall of Shame for a sorry 6% women-drawn 2014 covers. They can do better. http://www.genderavenger.com/blog/hall-of-shame-the-new-yorker-1 #genderavenger
