Brookings Institute's "The Long Run Outlook for the Federal Budget: Do We Know Enough to Worry?" event has only one woman introducing an otherwise all-male lineup of speakers, leaving the ratio at only 9% women. This is the Brookings Institute's second Hall of Shame and barely an improvement over their last appearance when they featured ZERO women speakers. They can do much better.
