An app that polices women's ways of communicating by text is just what women need, because being trained to behave exactly like men is a giant leap toward equality, right? Oh, wait, it absolutely isn't. What this app potentially does tell women is that males are superior communicators whom we must emulate to stop being inferior.

One woman's way "to sharpen their self-awareness" is another woman's confirmation of the still strong gender bias we need to overthrow.
