"Do we still need women-only events and panels?":

In 2013, I participated in a women entrepreneurship panel here in Arizona, and I left the event with one big question: Why were we on our own panel? There aren’t men entrepreneurship panels, and no one is asking male entrepreneurs anywhere how they maintain “work-life” balances.

I’ve been in the workforce for 30 years, and while I no longer have men hitting on me while I fundraise, things haven’t drastically improved for women.
