📣🚨 Gender Balance At Disney Data & Analytics Conference Isn't So Magical

The Disney Data & Analytics Conference happens August 20-21, 2019, and the keynotes will be delivered by 7 men and 2 women, neither of whom is a woman of color. 22% women keynoters is pathetic in our book.

Then again, when your executive team is comprised of 11 white men and 3 white women, the problem runs far deeper than who’s on stage. It's time for Disney to take a long, hard look at its approach to inclusion.
