"If you're a woman in a bar, it gets to the point where you're either considered one of the boys and laugh at the inappropriate comments that are made or you're considered someone who can't take a joke and told that you're a prude," she said.

"You basically have to grin and bear it or leave.

"The culture is really slow to change but I think it's important to have women in leadership positions so that behaviour is less acceptable."
