Investor lobby identifies 94 companies with lack of women on boards”:

Several well-known British companies — including St James’s Place, Domino’s Pizza and Restaurant Group — have been identified by the UK’s investor lobby group as having only one or no women on their boards.

The Investment Association, which represents asset managers controlling £7.7tn, has targetted 94 listed companies because of their lack of female board representation so far this AGM season. Of these, 20 had one or no women directors.
