📣🚨 ACT NOW | Future City 2020 Should Be a Thing of the Past

Future City 2020 “…will examine new technologies that are being applied to real estate and study the efficiencies and pitfalls of existing ones. By bringing together key players from both real estate and Silicon Valley we are not only educating participants but also creating solutions.” Looking at their speaker lineup, though, it’s very clear that the organizers believe the majority of those key players are men! Their lineup consists of 87% men and a measly 13% women, only one of whom is a woman of color.

A GenderAvenger who was invited to attend Future City 2020 let us know about this conference because she was angered by the lack of women, and we completely agree. Both men and women will make up the population of all future cities, so conferences addressing their needs must reflect that.
