Future Avengers of the Week | Girl Up Participants

Girl Up is an organization that leads the way for the next generation of GenderAvengers by engaging girls to stand up for and empower each other to change the world. Earlier this week “more than 300 passionate girl advocates from around the world convened for the 6th annual Girl Up Leadership Summit in Washington, D.C. For three days these young change-makers participated in leadership training, learned from influential speakers, engaged in skills-based workshops, and lead an official lobby day on Capitol Hill.”

We are so inspired by the passion of these young women (and men) and the equal future they see: one where women and girls are recognized as the leaders, experts, speakers, and visionaries they truly are. For this, they deserve to be our Avengers of the Week.
