Bonobos CEO Andy Dunn was invited to a prestigious event, but even with the lure of a private jet to the exotic location, he couldn't overlook that all 20 speakers were men. Although humbled to be asked, he declined to speak at the unnamed event, and, in sharing his decision on Twitter, he inspired a poignant conversation on merit vs. diversity.
