Take note conference organizers, the Nonprofit Technology Conference (18NTC) is one to watch. Its gender breakdown of speakers is a great example of the equality and representation that can be achieved: 181 women, 126 men, and 3 non-binary. 58% of their speakers are women! We are really excited that a conference of this magnitude has put together a program that represents all genders so well.
