What a big win for gender parity! Last week, Director of the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) Dr. Francis Collins made an online statement that it is time to break the tradition of all-male panels at scientific conferences, and he is going to do his part by declining to speak at conferences if “attention to inclusiveness is not evident in the agenda”.
