📣🚨 Action Alert | INBOUND’s GenderAvenger Stamp of Approval Streak Ends

For the past three years, GenderAvenger has awarded the INBOUND conference a GA Stamp of Approval. Unfortunately, we cannot do the same for INBOUND 2020. At 53%, the percentage of women speaking does exceed the GA Stamp of Approval minimum 40% requirement, but only 27% of those women are women of color, which is below the 30% needed for INBOUND to receive a GA Stamp of Approval this year. We’re disappointed that 2020, a year in which we need to hear from women of color more than ever, ends their streak of more diverse speaker lineups.

INBOUND, we hope you’ll consider 2020 a rebuilding year and use it as a catalyst to elevate women of color’s voices and create more space for them to share their expertise in 2021.

We know INBOUND can do better. Tell them we’re watching and counting.
